Job Summary:
TechNova Solutions is seeking a motivated Mechanical Design Engineer to join our Product Development team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, prototyping, and optimizing mechanical systems to meet client requirements. You will collaborate with engineers, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure our products exceed quality and performance standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed designs and specifications for mechanical components and systems.
• Conduct feasibility studies and analyze design requirements.
• Create 3D models and technical drawings using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, AutoCAD).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate mechanical systems with other disciplines.
• Test and validate prototypes to ensure compliance with performance and safety standards.
• Identify opportunities for design improvements and cost reductions.
• Prepare documentation, including design reports, user manuals, and technical specifications.
• Stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• 3+ years of experience in mechanical design or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CAD tools such as SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or CATIA.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and materials.
• Familiarity with industry standards and compliance requirements.
